
Whether you are celebrating Valentine’s day with a significant other, a few close girlfriends and a glass of wine, or simply letting the holiday pass as it may, not many can resist chocolate.

Especially when it is in the shape of a heart.

So do yourself a favor and make these incredibly simple chocolate hearts. Share them with others, or keep them all too yourself.

Either way, no one is judging you. Just make sure to wipe the the chocolate off your mouth before heading out for a candlelit dinner.
Valentine’s Chocolate Hearts
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 150g unsweetened baking chocolate
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

| Melt coconut oil and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring gently. | |
| Step 2 | |
| Once melted, remove pan from heat and stir in maple syrup and vanilla. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Pour chocolate into heart shaped silicone molds, or into an alternate mold. Let set in the freezer for at least one hour. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Eat way too many, and most importantly, enjoy. | |
