It’s been much too long since I’ve posted a workout, and I thought it was about time considering my (somewhat) recent fitness update.
I have been loving on kettlebells lately, so this workout is made up of all kettlebell moves, save for the warm up and cool down.
I have a 10 pound kettlebell at home, that is the one I typically use if I am doing an at-home workout, but I completed this workout at the gym so I was able to go a little heavier with the weight. As always, use a weight you are comfortable with, adjust the workout to your needs, and check with a licensed professional before making any drastic changes in your fitness routine.
